How I Passed the AWS Solutions Architect Associate (SAA-CO2) Exam
This study plan resulted in testing with confidence and passing the exam.
This year, I decided to pursue a cloud certificate. I was motivated for a couple of reasons: staying current in the IT industry and preparing for my company’s cloud migration. This article will provide an overview of the Solutions Architect Associate Exam, my study routine, and personal thoughts after achieving the certification.
Solutions Architect Associate Overview
This certification validates your skillset to design and build: fault-tolerant, highly available, secure, and efficient systems using AWS services. Each question on the exam will follow one of the two formats below:
- Multiple Choice- Candidate selects the one correct response
- Multiple Response- Candidate chooses two or more correct responses
You will have 2 hours and 10 mins to answer 65 questions in total, and 15 will be unscored. AWS utilizes the unscored content for evaluation and potential use on future exams.
